The customer service was excellent from the front desk to the head, housekeeping and major stay warm and polite.

It was soooo clean and super spacious! Always had someone at desk and they were all friendly! The free coffee was such a blessing!!

Customer service awful. The black lady at the desk that night was a mess and rude and I asked for a manager and I still haven’t spoken to one. Asked for a refund and it’s still not back on my card and the hotel isn’t trying to fix the situation
